| Innuendo strikes hard with multi-platinum marketability. The bands latest album, "Half Empty", is a 13 track CD, and Innuendo's 6th self-produced release. Tracking for this album was done in Los Angeles @ Beyer Recording, owned by Dave Beyer, drummer for Melissa Ethridge 1993-1998 (he also plays on a track!), and at the band's own Innuendo Studios in Phoenix. "Half Empty" is the latest in a series of high quality releases from Innuendo. The band is following up their first 4 critically acclaimed studio albums: "Let Me Out", "Ain't Like It Used To Be", "Three", and "Raining In Mexico", along with a "Live" CD released along the way. Combining memorable melodies with timeless songwriting, the band is not afraid to follow it's heart. Innuendo is definitely doing this for all the right reasons, and in it for the long haul. Refusing to jump on the "flavor of the day" bandwagon, Innuendo have been around long enough to have developed a diverse and deep body of work that defies categorization. "Half Empty" is by far the most powerful album of Innuendo's career, featuring a dramatic and organic presentation, along with dynamic songwriting and arrangements; this is a brave, honest album which finds the band bucking the trends. In this day and age of a seemingly endless supply of angry musicians playing abrasive music conveying negative messages, Innuendo is like a breath of fresh air. With just one listen, it is clear: Innuendo has created an album of limitless possibilities and mesmerizing potential. Hard to define, impossible to forget; Innuendo - "Half Empty". |
