Research about Tai Chi
Based on a report from researchers at Harvard’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital found that with 12 weeks addition of tai chi balance, leg strength, and flexibility are significantly more powerful and flexible than doing hurriedly walk or relax in settlement to a woman who is not active on her past days at age 70.
A research in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society reported that people who participate in the tai chi program for 15 weeks has experience decline of falling risk about 50% among those with older age. Some research also suggests that tai chi program which run and maintained for at least 1 year may reduce blood pressure and improve heart function and blood artery (heart and blood artery function).
