Skin Fungus and Spreading Prevention
Skin fungus disease or also can be called as pityrias versicolor is an infection that is caused by Malassezia furfur fungus which can attack on children or young adults. This infection can be form as a few small circles or oval shaped on the skin that is generally white. Skin fungus is a disease that is lighter than other skin infections, but is aesthetically skin fungus often can be a disgrace. The most common areas that affected are on the neck, upper back, chest, face and even will be more clearly seen due to sunlight.
If it is not treated immediately, these infections will gradually enlarged and spread to the surrounding area. Sometimes there are no symptoms are felt before already there is embarrassing white dots on the skin. But there is also in form of itchy and scaly skin. There are several things that you can do to prevent from contaminate by skin fungus, that are: Drying the body with a towel until completely dry before wearing clothes, because humid conditions are easy to grow the fungus.
Do not be lazy to wiped your sweat. Not sharing personal items with others such as towels, soap bars, shoes or sandals when using public facilities. Using the footwear when you are walking on the damp places like public bathrooms, the shower or around the swimming pool. And, rinse the body with antiseptic soap after swimming.
