Ignore Diet MythsThere are so many myths about diet in our society. Some myths can be trusted, but there are other myths that should be ignored. Usually myths came from our habits or previous experience that the truth is uncertain. Diet myths such as, avoiding eating in the evening because if you do that it can make your body fatter. This myth is really misleading. Eating in the evening will not make your body fatter. In fact, it will make you hungry and in the end it makes you ill.

Besides, other myths that people usually used is calamondin juice and add with sugar. It says can makes your body slim. But in reality, by consuming this with sugar it can be heaped up fat in your body.
