Every morning just eating instant soup diet, for the night just chewing an apple. And the result seems nothing. My weight becomes up and down.” that you might think.

Actually the key of losing weight is not just to reduce consumption of fat or carbohydrate or exercise regularly. There is one thing which always be forgotten, but instead plays an important role, it’s called the mind.
