Don’t Choose The Wrong Chocolate
Mistakes that are often made when selecting chocolate is to choose chocolate with a cheap or very cheap “branded”. Thus chocolate contain a few cocoa (cocoa beans) that is less than 20%, some even less than 7%. This type of chocolate has high sugar content, high saturated fat content and other vices such as hydrogenated vegetable oil (HVO), which causes tooth decay and health problems like diabetes.
Other chocolate products are also dangerous and bad for health, especially in the form of fondant (usually used to decorate cakes) and praline. Fondant actually contains 100% sweetener and praline is also just as bad. There may also be in a chocolate gifts such as chocolate souvenirs and other various souvenirs that are made from chocolate.
Wherever possible, choose chocolate souvenirs and other types of chocolate with less sugar content so you can enjoy the great benefits of chocolate. You will feel the benefits if you eat chocolate with higher content of cocoa or cocoa beans.
