The Danger of Excessive Fitness For Women
Women who craze about fitness in the gym from now on should be careful. A study showed that spending too much time in the gym can reduce the chances of women for having children. Daily exercise that conducted in the gym can trigger high levels of fatigue that makes the problem of fertility disorder increased three times as much.
Health experts agree that physical exercise has health benefits. Yet too much exercise in fact takes the energy and can interfere with a successful pregnancy plans. By ignoring the factors of age, weight, marital status or smoking habit, the researchers found that women who practice hard had the risk of fertility problems until 3 times larger.
Younger women are more susceptible to this risk. While women under the age of 30 almost ¼ can not get pregnant during their first year of trying, compared to average national pregnancy which is about seven percent. It is not known whether that woman who had difficulty for having children change her activities or doing improvements of her hormones. Women who wanted for a baby must maintain their fitness but do not exercise too much.
However we believe that high physical activity or very low must have a negative effect on fertility, while activity that has the right proportion is more profitable.
