To Consume High Fat Calcium
You must be already know the importance of eating high calcium food for maintaining healthy bones and prevent osteoporosis. Not only that, from a recent research that conducted by Creighton University Osteoporosis Research Center in Nebraska, United States, found that consuming rich calcium foods are likely related to less incidence of overweight up to 70%.
Unfortunately, there are still many women who consume less calcium foods and beverages. Many of them are replacing that with cheese and even have high-fat, just because they do not like it. Solution: Drink at least two glasses of low-fat milk every day.
With that way, you have ‘save’ your bones, and get a delicious taste and adequate nutrition and ‘support’ of the stomach with low calorie, but, if you do not like (or you can’t) to drink regular milk, try soy milk that is fortified by calcium, salmon or, low-fat cheese. If you suffer from lactose intolerance, you can choose dairy products which are free of lactose. Still not enough? Add with calcium supplements.
