Facial Massage can be regarded as one of the most pampering skin care technique.
Regularly massaging your face can certainly improve the appearance of its skin. It works by stimulating the blood flow on the face, especially the muscles, reduce tension and preparing the skin for another treatments. Still don’t know how to start? Do not be worry. Just follow the steps for effective facial massage and you can never be wrong! Pour a little bit oil and gently apply it all over your face, but avoid the eye area.
The best way is to use essential oil because it is easily absorbed into the deeper skin layers and it doesn’t clog the pores. Use the recommended oil for certain skin types. Gently tap the skin around the jaw line and under the chin area with the back of your hand in order to stimulate the skin cells.
Then, massage your chin by making small circular movements with your thumb. Once you are done with the chin, then shape your mouth like the “O” letter and massage both sides to ease out the fine lines. By using your fingers, press down along the top of the cheekbones and massage the outside up to the temple. This action will definetely release the accumulated toxins in your face muscles.
