Safety Skin Whitening
Facial Whitening or Skin Whitening advertizing are relatively trying to form an opinion that beautiful skin is the white one. Cream or lotion skin whitening with bleach seemed to be the only answer for people who want to have white skin.

Hydroquinone and mercury. At this time, hydroquinone is still used by some skin whitening manufacturers because hydroquinone is able to peel the outer skin and inhibits melanin formation which makes the skin looks black. The usage of hydroquinone in cosmetics should not be more than 2 %.
