Expansion Spillway At Air Intake

Expansion spillway functions to arrange air intake which step into evaporator. Expansion spillway is equipped by spillway spiral spring, thermal ball, and diaphragm. Spillway is depressed by spiral spring so that it will be always close while thermal ball always try to push spillway to open. Diaphragm is located in to expansion spillway and relate to spillway activator pen. If spillway pen go down, then the spillway will open and when the compressor is on, then the high-pressure liquid refrigerant flow will in and needle valve will open widely.

injen power flow air intake t Expansion Spillway At Air IntakeWhen there is emptiness at channel enter, the pressure in thermal ball will be very high ,then this pressure is continued by diaphragm through capillary pipe. The pressure of thermal ball in diaphragm fight against spillway spiral spring pressure and equalizer pipe pressure until diaphragm gambrel. The Diaphragm curvature is distributed to spillway by the instrumentality of activator pen. Spillway open and refrigerant in evaporator go up because of heat by warm air which pass evaporator, as a result, refrigerant boil and become gas. The Refrigerant gas emits a stream to go to channel inclusion of inclusion to compressor. Although it is boiling, its temperature remains to be chilled and assist to make cool thermal ball so that will lessen pressure at refrigerant diaphragm.

When refrigerant passes evaporator, suck channel pressure this pressure will be up and push diaphragm. If pressure in thermal ball go down it is the same with an increase of pressure in suck channel, spiral spring will close spillway. If spillway closed, refrigerant does not flow into evaporator, channel pressure will enter and temperature will rise. The decrease of pressure will lessen the equalizer increment at diaphragm
