Walking can increased lung and cardiovascular fitness (heart and blood artery-cardiovascular). Walking will increase capacity of lung and heart to provide, fulfill the oxygenation of blood to the muscles and enhance muscle’s ability to use oxygen to form energy for physical activity. This will also help reduce high blood pressure.
Walking will increase density or bones density, because walking is a weight exercise, walking will help improve strength and bones density, especially lower back and hips. Thus, this will prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis, and also reduces hip fractures, as one of the risk of age increased / aging.

You must be already know the importance of eating high calcium food for maintaining healthy bones and prevent osteoporosis.
