Other triggers are foods, impaired vision, hunger, dehydration, and hormonal changes in menstrual cycle. Headaches also occur with other illnesses such as flu and meningitis.

Apply the following steps at the beginning of the first headache before it worsens.

1. Use pain relievers. It is best to eat right away pain medication such as pain, severe pain before.

2. Bath or hot shower to help your neck and shoulders relaxed.

3. To reduce pain, fill the hot water bottle, wrapped in a towel, and put it above his head.

4. Ask your spouse or friend to massage the muscles in the back of your neck, use your fingers gently massaging in a circular shape.

Relaxation by taking a bath is believe able to unravel physical exhaustion and mind due to densely routine. With the help of a soap that contain aromatherapy then it becomes more easier for us to feel relax and clean ourselves.
