While at this time stress is trigger by work deadlines, marital problems, finances, family that are related to everyday life. But despite the different of times, the human body is handling stress the same way as hundreds or thousands of years ago.
No matter what the cause of stress, the human body will always respond to something harmful and needed to fight it. Possibility of the release into the food is because the effect of cortisol (stress triggers hormones) that make someone have a big appetite to eat because the body which experiencing high pressure will search for energy resources to fight it.
When having stress, humans need a lot of energy because of hormone changes. One of these hormones is cortisol, which contains sugar so that the body has the fuel that is needed to react quickly. Research has shown that stress, especially which is categorized as chronic, will keep the cortisol at high levels. This makes the body really need much of fats and carbs for the fuel needs of the body as a response to the stress.
Age and Aging
Age made a major contribution on facial skin changes. As you get older, usually face began to change. Your face is not fresh anymore, become wrinkled, and appear black stains or spots. Based on recent research that carried out by Procter & Gamble, there are more than 6,000 women worldwide that are experience aging.

Emotional Instability
Some of life’s problems sometimes make us lose the mood, that can be caused due to traffic jam, home or annoying office situation. The things happens not as we want it to be can mess many plans, there are many things that make sense and the mood becomes uncomfortable, a situation which is our emotion is in disarray. Sometimes when feelings of annoying or uncertainty and feelings or mood becomes bad, sometimes actually we do not know what happened.
