Sleeping PositionSleeping position apparently has enormous influence on our body especially about beauty. Today, sleeping habits can affect on health and beauty of your face. If you do not want this happening to you then you should start to change your sleeping position habits. Start to sleep with straight position and use a pillow that is not too high. This sleeping position is considered to be the perfect one, because the body is at relax position. Your body is not curve so that it can affect on the heart and blood circulation.

Sideways sleeping position was not bad at all but you should not be in that condition continuously. Good sideways position is to angle to the right because considered by the doctors this position does not suppress the flows in your heart. If you often sleep with lying flat on your stomach, this thing is the worst position. Because it can suppress the spine curvature that causes the muscles remain stiff during the sleep.

Besides lying flat on your stomach can make your face puffy and your eyes become red because your chest and your heart are suppressed. Better should avoid sleeping against the lights because it will make your face shrinking while you are sleeping. Do not forget to loosen the jewelry and underwear while sleeping, so that blood can circulate better and makes you sleep more soundly. You should pay attention to this.

StressStress seems have become a part of someone’s life when facing problems or their job. Have you ever wondered why when that someone is stressed someone will release it to the food. Stress has existed since the ancient times although at that time stress only lasted briefly such as avoiding wild animal then after that the stress is gone. While at this time stress is trigger by work deadlines, marital problems, finances, family that are related to everyday life. But despite the different of times, the human body is handling stress the same way as hundreds or thousands of years ago.

No matter what the cause of stress, the human body will always respond to something harmful and needed to fight it. Possibility of the release into the food is because the effect of cortisol (stress triggers hormones) that make someone have a big appetite to eat because the body which experiencing high pressure will search for energy resources to fight it.

When having stress, humans need a lot of energy because of hormone changes. One of these hormones is cortisol, which contains sugar so that the body has the fuel that is needed to react quickly. Research has shown that stress, especially which is categorized as chronic, will keep the cortisol at high levels. This makes the body really need much of fats and carbs for the fuel needs of the body as a response to the stress.
