People also consume food products that containing milk, such as cheese, ice cream, and yogurt.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">However, there are still different opinions about the milk consumption. There is a group claimed that drinking milk every day is not good for health, especially for vascular diseases such as the narrowing of blood vessels. The argument is that milk increases <strong>blood cholesterol level</strong> which becomes the risk factor for <strong>heart disease</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Secondly, there is a positive relationship between average milk productions with death because of having heart disease in some countries. Women who do not consume milk have 2 times greater chance for suffering <a href="http://www.innuendorocks.com/womens-health-solutions-tag/breast-cancer" target="_self"><strong>breast cancer</strong></a> than women who drinked 3 cups of milk or more every day.</p>

There are several studies that we read about oversleeping that you’ve probably never known before.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">One of the bad effects that made us starts thinking to reduce the time of our “lazy&#8221; sleep on holiday was the possibility of obesity. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">For the women</span>, this word can instantly make them shudder. There is a research which found that sleeping for 90-10 hours every night, has 21% greater risk of obesity within the next six years, than those who slept 7-8 hours every night. Not only with the threat of obesity, there&#8217;s another research from the <strong>Nurses Health</strong> which states that <strong>oversleeping can cause heart disease</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Hmm, maybe the schedule to wake up late should be removed from the holiday’s list. Another research was conduct on 72. 000 women. Those who slept between 9-11 hours each night, has 38% higher risk of coronary heart disease, than those who slept for 8 hours. Unfortunately, this study does not mention the connection between oversleeping and heart disease.</p>
